What’s Going On:

Judge Agrees to Inspection of Mail-in Ballots

Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake scored a major victory in her lawsuit against Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs, the former Secretary of State who certified a state election rife with critical errors.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson approved three of Lake‘s four demands that examined random ballots from the county.

The approved request came in the aftermath of a 70-page lawsuit that Lake filed against top state election officials. Her legal team argues that thousands of illegal votes and “violations” in the election process resulted in Hobbs’s victory.

“Our lawsuit isn’t based on conspiracy or wild speculation,” Lake‘s campaign tweeted. “We have laid out a very clear theory about statutory violations and a broken chain of custody. These ballots deserve close scrutiny, and we’re delighted we have been granted it.”

The ruling authorized Lake‘s teams to inspect 50 random ballots cast on Election Day from six polling stations in Maricopa County.

According to a Just the News report on Friday:

“Recently disclosed internal communications between top election officials in Arizona’s Maricopa County in the immediate aftermath of Election Day reveal that they struggled to reconcile a discrepancy of almost 16,000 in outstanding ballot totals,” the publication reported.

“Prior to a Maricopa County press conference with Board of Supervisors Chair Bill Gates and Recorder Stephen Richer on Nov. 10, Richer sent an email to Elections Director Scott Jarrett, Gates, and others about a significant discrepancy between the county’s estimated remaining ballot totals and the number reported by the secretary of state’s office,” the report continued.

“Unable to currently reconcile SOS listing with our estimates from yesterday,” Richer wrote. Maricopa County estimated having 392,000 ballots left to be counted, while the secretary of state’s website said there were 407,664 ballots left.

“So there’s a 15,000 difference somewhere,” Richer said, although the discrepancy cited was closer to 16,000.

“Maricopa County was plagued by numerous issues with ballot machines at many of its vote centers on Election Day, resulting in delays and long lines.,” the report noted. The Arizona election was reportedly decided in Hobbs’ favor by an estimated 17,000 votes.

Something smells fishy in the State of Denmark….

Arizona Supreme Court Issues Response to Kari Lake’s Election Lawsuit

The Arizona Supreme Court has denied GOP candidate Kari Lake’s petition to transfer her election lawsuit to the high court since it is slated to be heard before an appeals court.

“The Court notes that the Court of Appeals has entered a scheduling order directing respondents in the special action proceeding to file a response and has indicated that the matter will be conferenced, with possible oral argument, on January 24, 2023. No good cause appears to transfer the matter to this Court.”

The court denied the appeal and Lake’s petition for special action without prejudice.

Kari Lake had filed the appeal in her case against Maricopa County and Arizona election officials after a judge ruled to dismiss her lawsuit. According to the court filing, Lake also sought the Arizona Supreme Court’s case review.

Arizona Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson first ruled against Lake’s legal challenge against former Secretary of State and now Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs on December 24.

The court rejected Lake’s claim that ballot printer and tabulation issues at many polling places on Election Day resulted from official misconduct that changed the election results.

“The Court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence,” Judge Thompson said.

Former Secretary of State and Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs did not testify about certifying her election. Kari Lake’s team withdrew its subpoena of Hobbs earlier in the week.

After the last day of court hearings, Kari Lake provided a statement to the press.

“We proved without a shadow of a doubt that there was malicious intent that caused disruption so great it changed the results of the election,” she said.

“We provided expert testimony,” she added. “We provided experts. The other side brought in activists to try to save face. They admitted that they’ve known about these ballot problems. That they’re ballot problems. Now they’re trying to say it’s been going on for three elections. Our elections are a mess in this country, and I am so happy to stand up and say no longer will we, as Americans, put up with this. We demand fair, honest, transparent elections, and we will get them.”

Lake subsequently vowed to keep fighting for election integrity in Arizona as she told Steve Bannon on his “War Room” podcast:

“I am standing up for the people of this state, the people who were done wrong on Election Day, and the millions of people who live outside of Maricopa County, whose vote was watered down by this bogus election in Maricopa County.”

“Twitter-Files” Update

In the latest installment of the Twitter Files, we learned that the social media platform was essentially a playground for former FBI agents.

Matt Taibbi, a journalist who has been one of the “point persons” to handle Musk’s tranches of Twitter Files releases, recently characterized the platform as virtually a ‘subsidiary’ of the FBI.

“Twitter’s contact with the FBI was constant and pervasive as if it were a subsidiary. Between January 2020 and November 2022, there were over 150 emails between the FBI and former Twitter Trust and Safety chief Yoel Roth,” Taibbi reported.

In a follow-up report, the New York Post’s Jon Levine revealed that Twitter’s former deputy General Counsel Jim Baker was far from the only former Fed to have run the platform in the pre-Musk era.

“Twitter’s top ranks were riddled with ex-FBI agents and executives, stitching the company even closer to the federal agency now under fire for leaning on Twitter to meddle in the 2020 elections,” Levine wrote. “More than a dozen former feds flocked to the company in the months and years prior to Elon Musk’s purchase of the social network in October.”

“The Post found FBI influence was considerably more significant than just James Baker, the FBI’s former general counsel who later worked in the same role for Twitter,” the Post adds. “He was recently fired by Musk for interfering in the billionaire’s efforts to come clean about past transgressions at the company.”

The revelations are particularly interesting because former FBI agents are not an ideal fit for Big Tech companies by training or mental disposition. While the relationship between the Feds and Big Tech platforms since 2016 was couched to prevent “Russian election interference,” the impact of the Russians’ efforts to persuade Americans to vote for their preferred candidate was minimal.

If anything, Big Tech companies have committed far more “election interference,” particularly by banning and suspending those who claimed there was “election-rigging” or “stolen elections” than the Russians could have ever dreamed of committing. Indeed, Facebook/Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg dropped $400 million in the election himself, which predominately benefited Democrat-heavy districts.

The FBI wasn’t the only federal agency with deep ties to Twitter. For example, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warned Twitter repeatedly that Russia was attempting to take advantage of social media platforms that were “permissive” of “misinformation.”

The term “misinformation” has been used as a watchword for federal agencies to engage in unconstitutional censorship advocacy against American citizens who do not abide by the U.S. government’s preferred narratives regarding U.S. elections, public health policy, or the nation’s participation in foreign wars.

In reality, it’s a “trigger word” for the politically correct to remove anything that doesn’t fit their agenda. For the rest of us, it begs the question: “Who does the FBI work for?”

SOUTH AMERICA GOES SOCIALIST

BREAKING: Socialist criminal and globalist favorite, Lula da Silva, defeated Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil’s Presidential Election. The leftist former president had 50.46% of the votes, compared to 49.54% for the far-right president.

The Datafolha Institute predicted a narrow result, with 52% of the voting intentions for former President Lula compared to 48% for President Bolsonaro. In the first round, the polls underestimated the potential of Bolsonaro, who finally finished behind only by five points (43%-48%).

The 67-year-old president has sent mixed messages about whether he will recognize the results in the event of defeat. But, on Friday, he assured that he would do it: “Whoever has the most votes, he wins.”

In summary, the people have spoken: The Socialist-Marxists are now in charge of the entire continent in South America. Good thing those votes were counted by machines. Now we know they’re accurate.

SOUTH AFRICA’S HIGHEST COURT SET TO FREE THE CONTINENT FROM THE NEW WORLD ORDER & THE CENTRAL BANK

This is the biggest case in the world right now. Not only are the People of South Africa seeking a ruling to hold their President and Parliament liable for the damages inflicted by the Globalist’s Covid-Crime Against Humanity, but they are also seeking a ruling that will liquidate their Central Bank in order to pay damages suffered by the People.

Where South Africa goes, so does the entire Continent. This victory will free the People from the Debt-Slavery imposed by the Central Bank fiat-currency system, establish a gold-backed dollar, eliminate corrupt political parties, and establish Africa as the home base from which to begin the Nuremberg 2.0 trials for the Crime Against Humanity that’s been inflicted upon the entire world.

This could be the big breakthrough event that the world has been praying for. If the South African Constitutional Court was as completely corrupted as the rest of the world, this case would never have gotten to where it is.

Please share, because this is the ruling that will break the back of the New World Order

Children Than Unvaccinated, CDC Data Show

According to data released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), higher COVID-19 case rates have been recorded among fully vaccinated children than unvaccinated in the age group 5-11 since February.

On Feb. 12, CDC reported a weekly case rate of 250.02 per 10,000 population in fully vaccinated children aged 5-11, compared to 245.82 for unvaccinated children in the same age group.

That’s the first time CDC recorded a higher case rate among fully vaccinated young children since data was first collected in December 2021. It remains for the following weeks till the third week of March, the latest week with available data.

Children aged 5–11 years became eligible for COVID-19 vaccination on Nov. 2, 2021. There are about 28 million children in this age group in the nation.

Currently, about 28.8 percent of children in this age group have been fully vaccinated, according to Mayo Clinic.

CDC’s data also show the gap in rates of cases between fully vaccinated and unvaccinated has become increasingly smaller among other age groups. The death rates show the same trend between fully vaccinated and unvaccinated for people above 50. For people under 50 years old, the death rates have not much difference since the rollout of the vaccine.

The data show that the COVID-19 vaccines have a “negligible effect” on people, said Dr. Peter McCullough, a renowned cardiologist and epidemiologist.

“With these results in hand, it is clear the vaccines are having a negligible effect in populations,” McCullough told The Epoch Times via email. “Given the overall poor safety profile and lack of any assurances on long-term safety, Americans should be cautious in considering additional injections of these products.”

CDC responded that several factors contribute to this phenomenon in the age group 5-11.

“Several factors likely affect crude case rates by vaccination and booster dose status, making interpretation of recent trends difficult,” Jasmine Reed, a CDC spokesperson, told The Epoch Times via email.

“Limitations include higher prevalence of previous infection among the unvaccinated and un-boosted groups; difficulty in accounting for time since vaccination and waning protection; and possible differences in testing practices (such as at-home tests) and prevention behaviors by age and vaccination status. These limitations appear to have less impact on the death rates presented here.”

Reed also directed The Epoch Times to a study published by CDC in March, showing Pfizer’s vaccine reduced the Omicron infection among children and adolescents aged 5-15.

Pfizer’s vaccine is the only COVID-19 vaccine that can be administered to the age group 5-17. Pfizer hasn’t responded to a request for comment.

“CDC is assessing whether to continue using these case rate data to provide preliminary information on vaccine impact,” Reed added.

On May 13, a study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association found that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine turned negatively effective after five months.

The protection also waned considerably against hospitalization over time, the study found. The authors said one way to combat the negative effectiveness was to get a booster dose.

McCullough said most non-randomized studies attempting to estimate vaccine efficacy (VE) had some “common flaws”, including no accounting for baseline prior COVID-19 infection; no reporting for currently boostered within a 6-month time window; and no adjudication of hospitalization or death due to COVID-19 or other conditions.

“As a result, most studies of COVID-19 VE have biases towards overestimating any clinical benefit of vaccination,” said McCullough.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is expected to authorize a booster shot of the Pfizer vaccine for children 5-11 as early as Tuesday, The New York Times reported.

Last month, Moderna requested an emergency use authorization for its COVID-19 vaccine for children 6 months to 6 years of age. As the FDA postponed its decision in February on whether to authorize its COVID-19 vaccine for children six months to four years old, Pfizer is now working on data for a three-dose regimen.

Almost 30% of Republicans believe Trump will be reinstated as president

Almost 30% of Republicans believe Trump will be reinstated as president – poll
A new poll has liberals up in arms and critics pushing back after it declared that approximately three in 10 Republicans believe Donald Trump will be reinstated as the US president.

The Politico/Morning Consult poll, published on Wednesday, found that while a majority of Republicans reject the potential of Trump being reinstated, 29% of respondents said they do believe the former president will be given his title once again this year.

Across political lines, 72% dismissed the idea that Trump would be reinstated before the end of the year. Only 19% said it was “somewhat likely” or “highly likely” that Trump returns to office.

ALSO ON RT.COMJoe Biden REVERSES Trump’s executive orders targeting Chinese-owned TikTok, WeChatThe poll, taken among over 1,900 US adults, did find a majority of Republicans and Democrats (75%) both believe that democracy is under threat.

The theory that Trump will be reinstated is a loose QAnon conspiracy theory that mainstream media outlets have made a point to highlight as the former president continues to float his belief that the 2020 presidential election was rigged – though no proof of widespread fraud has been found.

In a recent speech in North Carolina, Trump called the election between him and Biden “the most corrupt election in the history of our country.”

The idea of “3 in 10 Republicans” believing Trump will be reinstated as president spread quickly across social media, tempting fodder for liberal critics.

“The level of propaganda in our country is incredibly dangerous,” liberal author Amy Suskind tweeted in response to the poll.

Others dismissed the poll, citing oddities such as the fact that on top of the Republicans who believe Trump will be reinstated, 13% of respondents identifying as Democrats also believed the former president would return to office.

While many dismiss theories that Trump will somehow be reinstated to office, rumors have swirled about a possible 2024 presidential run. Though he hasn’t confirmed a run, Trump has hinted he has major announcements about his political future coming soon.

“As you know, it’s very early. But I think people are going to be very, very happy when I make a certain announcement,” he said last month when asked about another presidential run. According to the Politico poll, a majority of Republicans (59%) want to see Trump play a major role in the GOP’s future.

HUGE DEVELOPMENT: THREE DIFFERENT STATES Tour the Arizona Audit Floor- MORE Are Expected EVERY DAY THIS WEEK! (VIDEO)

This is a HUGE development!

Three different states toured the Arizona Audit floor on Tuesday afternoon.

Representatives from Georgia, Alaska and Colorado toured the facility!

TRENDING: ARIZONA AUDIT UPDATE: Via Rep. Mark Finchem: SIX States Have Visited The Audit – “ALL States NEED To Come Here”

On Tuesday Morning, OAN’s Christina Bobb reported that delegations from Georgia, Alaska, and Colorado are inside of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum for a tour of the historic Arizona audit process.

They are now on the floor for a deep dive into this process and it’s logistics.

The Gateway Pundit reported Monday that Georgia would tour the Veterans Memorial Coliseum and more states were expected to follow.

More states did follow as we have two surprise guests, Colorado and Alaska.

Legislators from these three states received a “classroom style” briefing, and are now on the floor to see firsthand, how this process is run.

These lawmakers are analyzing the audit to make any fixes necessary and implement a similar process at home.

TGP’s Jordan Conradson spoke with Senate Liasion Ken Bennett for another update before the guests arrived on the floor.

Jordan Conradson: I understand Georgia is in the house right now?

Ken Bennett: There’s a couple of legislators from Georgia and one from Alaska that are in the building right now. I’ve heard Virginia, I’ve heard Wisconsin, you’ve now told me, Colorado, Nevada was in a few days ago, Pennsylvania last week. It’s becoming a popular place.

Conradson: Are you expecting to have, over the next few days, more tours?

Bennett: I’m told that every day this week there is some elected official coming in from some state. Today is Tuesday and if that pattern continues well have somebody in Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Conradson: It looks like they’re starting to max out on forensic tables, correct?

Bennett: We are beyond 80% I’m told, as far as counting the ballots, which is the first step. Then, it goes to the paper evaluation and they are well behind the counting levels in paper evaluation. I’m told that we’ll probably be finished with the counting of the ballots by the end of this week or sooner, and then all of the resources will shift to the paper evaluation. You can already see that paper evaluation has been increased significantly. There’s now 32 working tables and another probably 16 positions on the floor awaiting equipment and things like that. Once the counting is over this week at some time, all resources will shift to the paper evaluation.

As the Audit finishes, more states are coming to AZ in order to witness this process and take it home. The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson will be at the audit every day to provide updates on this strikingly important process.

Nevada State Served Maladministration Affidavits Forcing Forensic Election Audit

On June 7, 2021 a nonpartisan group of Nevadans served an official notice of maladministration to the office of Governor Steve Sisolak, demanding a full forensic audit of the 2020 election. Notarized affidavits were also sent certified mail to the Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske and all necessary state officials and recorders.

Mindy Robinson, Rhonda Rau, Bonnie Taylor, Deana Villei

The team followed the footsteps of the election integrity groups and activists currently working on the Maricopa County audit, including candidate for Congress AZ6 Josh Barnett, Daniel Wood, and David Jose. Barnett had teased of a forthcoming audit earlier this week garnering major support on Twitter:

Mindy Robinson’s post on GAB stated:

It’s not about pushing for a certain party or wanting one candidate to win over the other, it’s about making sure our votes matter. Unlike a lawsuit where it would be our job to prove anything, these affidavits remind the state that its actually their job to prove to us their wasn’t fraud. They are bound by the constitution to look into investigating if we suspect something, and I don’t think people realize that. We the People of Nevada have legitimate questions about this election that the powers that be are being very combative about answering. Why did counting stop? Why weren’t poll watchers allowed to be close enough to observe? Why did dead people get ballots? Who certified these machines before the election? I just find it odd that CNN, ABC, and even top level Dems like Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris all believed these machines were easily hackable and a danger to our Republic….right up until they got the result they wanted? We just want to know if our votes mattered and it’s 100% on the state to prove it to us if we petition them…which we just officially did.

The affidavit quotes several powerful and binding sections of their state constitution including: Article 2 Section 1 and Section 1A:
To have complaints about elections and election contests resolved fairly, accurately and efficiently as provided by law.”

As well as Nevada Constitution Article 1 Section 2:
Government is instituted for the protection, security and benefit of the People; and they have the right to alter or reform the same whenever the public good may require it.

When asked how others can be part of demanding an audit, Robinson stated that they can fill out the same affidavit they did, have it notarized, and certify mail to the addresses included in the PDF the DC Patriot has included at the bottom of this article. Certified mail costs about $7 an address, but several affidavits can be included in each mailing if people wanted to get mail theirs together to save money. She ends it by stating, “They have to answer to this, and the more people that participate the less they can pretend they have a right to ignore it” she continued, “We’re asking these people to investigate themselves…of course they’re not going to do it willingly, unfortunately for them though their job is to answer directly to the People.”

Mindy Robinson can be reached for questioning at [email protected]

All governments started with the People. It was founded and based on the People’s will and never about the desires or will of the government officers. The People addressed you as trustees and servants and all times to be accountable to the People. Therefore, the People are not limited by your statutory limits. All government, of right, originates with the People, is founded upon their will only and is instituted solely for the good of the whole. Public officers are the trustees and servants of the People and are at all times amenable to them.”

N.H. Voter Integrity Leader: ‘Smoking Gun’ Proof Of Election Fraud

Marylyn Todd, founder of the New Hampshire Voter Integrity Group, said she’s discovered “smoking gun” proof of election fraud in New Hampshire.

On a live stream Thursday evening, Todd said she encountered something extremely problematic about the May 12 audit report from Harri Hursti, the electronic voting security expert leading the Windham audit.

Todd expressed how Hursti conveyed to her that he couldn’t clear the counters and that instead, he had to reset the memory cards. Todd said this was confusing to her because she recalled he had a “clear counter” button the entire time, therefore there was no need to delete the memory card. She then stated that Hursti is on camera saying the computer needed to be registered for Nov. 3.

She went on to explain that Hursti appeared to reset the date to Nov. 5 before printing the report. Hursti’s apparent actions coincide with Michigan attorney Matt Deperno’s findings in Antrim County.

“We can now show that after the election is done, someone…anyone really, who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to Nov. 3,” said Deperno.

Todd’s discovery lends credence to statements made earlier in the week from Stanford researcher and election consultant Jovan Pulitzer. Pulitzer said that auditors who normally would certify bad machines as good machines, found something so glaring that they could not walk away from and that is exactly what happened in New Hampshire. “Imagine if 28 percent of the votes didn’t get counted even though they went into the voting machines,” pondered Pulitzer.

According to experts, isolated incidents like Antrim County and Windham could be a bellwether for broader election integrity problems throughout the state and beyond.
